8. Payment Terms and Cancellation

� We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice
� Failure to pay may result in suspension of services

� Training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
� Late cancellations may result in full charge
� Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice
� Refunds are subject to our refund policy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantivaris shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
